When estimating, we will estimate based on the following items.

1. Material

2. wire diameter

3. Inner diameter

4. Outer diameter

5. Length (free length/free height)

6. Number of turns

7. Pitch, etc.

8. Load and durability

9. Quantity

10. Secondary processing (plating, setting, hand processing, etc.)

*In the case of compression coil springs, whether or not both ends are polished is included in the item when making an estimate.

*In the case of leaf springs, the estimation method is different, so please contact our sales representative.

Basically, we will provide a quotation by sending you a drawing or photo of the spring you want, or by borrowing a sample of the spring.

If you have a drawing or sample, it will be possible to quotation smoothly, and you can quickly create a quotation.

If there are no drawings or samples, we will propose a quotation for prototyping, etc., and after repeated prototyping, we will manufacture a spring that meets the customer's request.

In addition, if you are worried about the material, wire diameter, or the need for secondary processing, we can provide a quotation for multiple patterns.

A: We will quote both spring material (hard steel wire) and stainless steel (SUS304-WPB), and our sales representative will propose which one is better based on your company's intended use.

Q: I'm having trouble deciding between plating or painting, and I'd like to know how much the price will change if I do secondary processing...

A: We will propose plating treatment with chromate, cationic electrodeposition coating (black), etc., and we will propose how much the price will change when processing with each in the quotation. We can also provide an estimate without secondary processing if requested.
*There are many other secondary processing methods, so we can also propose plating and painting other than the answers above.
